The first week of February brings with it showers and flood warnings

As of Tuesday, February 4, a flood watch is in effect. Residents are advised to monitor local weather updates and be prepared for potential flooding in low-lying areas.

Throughout the week, temperatures will range from highs in the mid-50s to low 60s°F  and lows in the low to mid-30s°F . After Tuesday's heavy rain, Wednesday will bring sun to partly cloudy skies. Thursday is expected to be windy and cool with periods of rain, followed by sunny conditions on Friday and Saturday. Sunday and Monday will see partly sunny skies with cool temperatures.

We encourage you to remain vigilant during the flood watch period and stay updated with the latest weather information. It's advisable to secure outdoor items and prepare for potential power outages due to the forecasted heavy rainfall and windy conditions.
