About 20 Protesters gathered in Stockton and called for police brutality to end. Tyre Nichols was a Sacramento native, that sadly passed after a traffic stop that went wrong in Memphis Tennessee. The officers involved in the beating of Nichols have all been fired and facing multiple charges. This has created the nation to start protesting all over for the end of police violence. Many of these protestors just feel overall hopeless. Hannah Workman from the Record received a quote, "We still have families seeking justice in this town, even as we're seeing people being murdered across the country," Salas said.
