Toy For Tots Needs You

Yellow Line

The Stockton Toys for Tots needs your help this Holiday Season. They have received donations this season but are seeing a decline in donations.

They host many events throughout the year such as feeding the homeless twice a month covering a majority of San Joaquin County. Gilbert Cordova of ABC 10 spoke with a representative and they said, “I'm more focused on families. I want to make sure the families are taken care of, because at the end of the day, the families look to us, they've been coming to us,” said Lozada. “I want to make sure they (families) give them that feeling and say, ‘Hey, I got you guys…don't worry about it.’ I just want to make sure that families first and then the nonprofits help out where I couldn't reach a certain families.” If you would like to help donate you can drop off toys at any drop off location by December 15th.

This season is the season of giving as some say. If you feel compelled to donate, our neighbors need your help. For more ways to help read Cordova’s post in full.
