Three Men Wounded In Separate Shootings In Stockton

STOCKTON, CA — A series of shootings shook the city of Stockton, resulting in three men being hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. The Stockton Police Department is actively investigating these separate incidents, which occurred in different locations across the city.

The first incident involved a 19-year-old man who was shot while he and a 54-year-old woman were in a vehicle near Bianchi Road and Dorset Street. While the woman was unharmed, the young man suffered a gunshot wound and was taken to the hospital. The police have not yet identified a suspect in this shooting.

In the Bear Creek District, on the 9500 block of Bancroft Way, a second shooting occurred following an argument. A 33-year-old man was reportedly pistol-whipped and then shot by the suspect, described as a Black man. The victim received medical attention for his injuries, which were determined to be non-life-threatening.

The third shooting took place on the 400 block of West Weber Avenue. Another man was shot after a fight, and like the others, was hospitalized with injuries that were not life-threatening. The suspect in this incident is also reported to be a Black man.

The Stockton Police Department is urging anyone with information about any of these shootings to come forward. The incidents have heightened concerns about gun violence in the community, and the authorities are keen to apprehend those responsible.

This string of shootings within a short time frame has raised alarm among residents and city officials alike. The police are working to piece together the events leading to these violent acts and to ensure the safety and security of the community.
