A 42-year-old man was fatally shot in Stockton on New Year’s Eve, according to the Stockton Police Department.
The incident occurred around 4:10 p.m. near March Lane and Holiday Drive in the Valley Oak District. Emergency responders transported the victim to a local hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
