In preparation for the parade, which is scheduled to start at 6:17 p.m. on Thursday, November 30, no-parking signs will be posted downtown from Wednesday morning. These signs will specifically be placed on School and Church streets, indicating that parking will be restricted from 4 p.m. on the day of the parade.
