Stockton’s iconic Chuck's Hamburgers is back in business with a new location and a new view.
The popular burger and breakfast spot is hosting its grand opening at the Waterfront Warehouse, 445 W. Weber Ave., Suite 126, on May 9 from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. The new location boasts a new dining room and a stunning waterfront view.
The 2-story building along the waterfront in the city's downtown district also houses ABC10's Stockton bureau. Chuck's Hamburgers closed its location at the Pacific Avenue Bowl in late January after losing its lease and failing to negotiate with the building's owner regarding "too high a rent and a fair amount of updates needed."
The 62-year-old diner first moved into the Pacific Avenue Bowl location in 2015. But now, customers can enjoy their famous burgers and breakfast dishes while taking in the scenic waterfront view.
Chuck's Hamburgers has been a staple of Stockton's dining scene for decades and has developed a loyal following over the years. The new location is sure to be a hit with both longtime fans and newcomers looking to experience the classic flavors and unique charm of this beloved eatery.
