A Stockton grandmother and foster parent, Mary Phillips, has experienced two incidents of rocks being thrown at her home, resulting in her bedroom window being broken.

The first occurrence took place on February 24th, when Phillips awoke to find shattered glass in her bed. A more recent incident saw another rock narrowly miss both Phillips and a toddler sleeping in a crib.

Phillips, who frequently has up to nine children in her home, including her grandchildren and foster children, is deeply concerned for their safety. The motive behind these attacks remains unknown, and Phillips hopes that the perpetrator will cease their actions.

The Stockton Police Department is actively investigating the case. In an effort to bring the assailant to justice, Phillips has offered a reward for any information that may lead to an arrest.
