Earth Day was shown so much love this past Sunday, April 22, at Victory Park in Stockton, California. The annual Earth Day festival commenced with vendors, live music, food, books, educational booths, and so much more!

Stocktonians gathered with their families, pets, and good vibes bringing joy to the atmosphere. The event started at 10 am PST and quickly became packed, as many had to drive around for a while (us included) to find parking. Notable attendees included the Stockton Unified School District Expanded Learning Opportunities Program team, who had a creative station available for children to color Earth Day paper buttons.

The Trash Band was a popular station for children and adults alike, as different items were used to make music. The station was brought to life by the local Stockton Adventure Playground, a grassroots effort to hold space as a community where children are free to explore, dream, and build.
