United Way of San Joaquin County hosts monthly women’s events called Elanor by Women United. The focus of these events are to uplift and inspire women who own local businesses or nonprofits. This month Will focus on a panel of “women with attitude.” One of the keynote speakers will be Shannon Rock who is presenting her piece from her collection of Redefining Beauty.
