Stockton Kings Storm Past Windy City Bulls

The Stockton Kings secured a 117-107 victory over the Windy City Bulls on Friday night at Adventist Health Arena, improving their season record to 13-3.

Guard Jon Elmore led the way for Stockton with 21 points, shooting 60 percent from the field, including 5-for-8 from three-point range. Center Skal Labissière recorded a double-double with 17 points and 12 rebounds, while forward Terry Taylor contributed 14 points and seven rebounds. Two-way forward Isaiah Crawford added 12 points, and Sacramento Kings assignment guard Colby Jones logged 11 points. The bench stepped up in a big way, with Boogie Ellis (21 points), Chasson Randle (20 points), and Brian Bowen II (15 points) all scoring season highs.

For Windy City, two-way center Adama Sanogo posted a game-high 27 points and 14 rebounds, followed by two-way forward E.J. Liddell with 19 points. Forward Emanuel Miller also recorded a double-double with 16 points and 13 rebounds, while guard Jordan Hall scored 12 points.

The Kings started slow, trailing by nine points in the first quarter before rallying to take a 28-26 lead. From there, they controlled the game, stretching their advantage to 56-41 at halftime. In the second half, Stockton shot 51.2 percent from the field and 57.9 percent from three-point range, sealing the win.

Stockton will now embark on a series of road games in February, including their first-ever international matchup against Mexico City Capitanes on February 2 and 4. The team will then take on the Iowa Wolves in a doubleheader on February 7-8, followed by a matchup against the Santa Cruz Warriors on February 13. The Kings will return home on February 26 for Education Day against the Memphis Hustle.
