Stockton is hosting Splash Fest, an event poised to break the Guinness World Record for the largest water balloon fight. Organized by the youth outreach program Balloons Over Bullets, the event aims to have 10,000 participants engage in a water balloon fight using 209,000 water balloons. In addition to the water balloon fight, Splash Fest will feature over 30 food trucks offering a variety of local and international cuisine.
