Amazon is set to bring over 1,000 full-time jobs to Stockton with the opening of two new cross-dock facilities in spring 2025, the company announced Thursday.
These facilities will function as distribution centers, receiving and preparing goods before they are sent to Amazon’s fulfillment centers. The expansion reinforces Stockton’s role as a growing logistics hub in California.
The new jobs will offer a starting wage of $21.25 per hour and include benefits such as health, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, up to 20 weeks of parental leave, and access to prepaid college tuition through Amazon’s Career Choice program.
