Milwaukee Police Squad Car Involved in Crash at 35th and Wisconsin; Two Vehicles Towed
MILWAUKEE, Wis. – A Milwaukee police squad car was involved in a crash Monday night on the city’s west side, leaving two vehicles damaged and towed from the scene.
The collision happened around 9 p.m. near 35th Street and Wisconsin Avenue. Police confirmed that a silver car and the police cruiser were both removed from the area with visible damage.
No Injuries Reported
The Milwaukee Fire Department responded but said no one required transport for medical treatment. Police cleared the scene by 10 p.m.
Nearby Incident Raises Questions
Just blocks away, at 35th and Vliet Street, a business owner reported that a car fleeing from Milwaukee police crashed into his property. Authorities have not confirmed whether that incident was connected to the squad car crash.

As of Tuesday morning, the Milwaukee Police Department has not released additional details about the cause of the crash or whether the officer was responding to a call at the time.
