Drunk Florida Woman Harasses Uber Driver Outside Gated Community — “Genius Way to Catch a DUI”
FLORIDA – A drunk woman in Florida sparked outrage online after a viral video showed her harassing an Uber driver who was struggling to access a gated community. The confrontation quickly escalated, forcing the driver to call police as the woman continued yelling and blocking the vehicle.
The clip, originally posted by TikTok user @cheryl.rae86, shows the intoxicated woman approaching the Uber, filled with passengers, and mocking the driver for “not knowing how to get in the gate.”
“She literally got out of her car to start harassing us,” the passenger said in the post. “We were just waiting for someone to open the gate.”

In the video, the Uber driver remains calm and professional, apologizing and explaining that they’re waiting for the gate access key. But the woman refuses to leave.
“I’m not going anywhere,” she slurs, standing inches from the driver’s window.

At one point, footage from inside the Uber shows the terrified passengers calling 911 while the woman continues shouting outside.
“We just want to go home,” one passenger tells the dispatcher. “She’s blocking us in and trying to start a fight.”
According to witnesses, the woman’s car had nearly collided with the Uber while they were attempting to enter the gated neighborhood — the same reason police later considered it a possible DUI incident.
