Crash on I-35 Exit Ramp in Burnsville Sends Motorcyclist to Hospital

BURNSVILLE, Minn. – A motorcyclist was injured Wednesday evening after crashing on the I-35 northbound off-ramp at Crystal Lake Road, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

Crash Details

The incident happened around 7:25 p.m. on September 3. Officials say the male driver lost control of his motorcycle and veered into the grassy median separating the interstate from the exit.

The crash’s impact threw the rider from his motorcycle. Emergency crews quickly arrived on scene.

Injuries Reported

The man was transported to Hennepin County Medical Center (HCMC) with non-life-threatening injuries. Authorities confirmed he is currently receiving treatment.

Investigation Underway

The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating the cause of the crash. The Burnsville Police Department and Burnsville Fire Department also responded to assist at the scene.
