Amber Alert Issued for 6-Year-Old Girl in Portage County, Wisconsin
ALMOND, WISCONSIN – An Amber Alert has been issued for 6-year-old Ruby Lehman, who authorities believe was taken by her uncle on Thursday afternoon in Portage County.
Details of the Abduction
According to the Portage County Sheriff’s Office, Ruby was last seen at her grandmother’s house in Almond after returning home from school. Authorities say her uncle, Jordan A. Coyle, arrived at the residence and quickly left with her. She has not been seen since.
Ruby is described as:
- White female
- 4 feet tall, weighing about 100 pounds
- Brown hair and green eyes
- Last seen wearing a lavender dress with smiley faces and white “Lilo and Stitch” shoes
Suspect and Vehicle Description
Authorities have identified the suspect as Jordan A. Coyle, 34, described as:
- White male
- 6’3” tall, weighing about 246 pounds
- Red beard and mustache, with blue eyes
- Tattoos: peace symbol on left chest, and dinosaur, puppy, butterfly, and cat designs on his arm
Coyle is believed to be driving a white 2001 Ford F-250 pickup truck with Wisconsin license plate WC2-249. The truck has a toolbox in the bed, and its tailgate has peeling paint exposing silver underneath.
