The city declared a State of Emergency until Saturday. Starting tonight the valley is expecting another storm with winds up to 60 mph. The storm is being upgraded to a level 5. This is the first storm to be upgraded to this severity. Because of the intensity over the last couple days city officials believe it won't take much for power to go out, trees to fall etc.
