Late Sunday night, a shooting occurred during a sideshow in Stockton, leading to one person's death, according to the Stockton Police Department. The incident unfolded just before midnight near the intersection of North California Street and Oak Street.
Upon their arrival, law enforcement officers found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds. The individual was transported to a nearby hospital, where they were later pronounced dead. At this time, authorities have not released any information regarding a motive or suspect in the case.
