In a dramatic incident on Memorial Day, three armed carjacking suspects were apprehended after a chase led by a San Joaquin County deputy ended in a crash in Manteca.
The San Joaquin County Sheriff's Office confirmed the incident, which occurred in the vicinity of Airport Way and Highway 120.
Images released by the Sheriff's Office depict significant damage to a deputy patrol car involved in the pursuit.
Following the incident, both the suspects and the deputy were transported to the hospital with minor injuries, according to official reports.
