Carlos Samoy was shot and killed outside his home on Oct. 18th around 1 AM. The incident happened in the middle of the night. Samoy was found with a single gunshot wound and passed at the scene. The authorities have yet to determine a motive for the murder and have not yet discovered a person of interest.The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office encourages anyone with information regarding the homicide to call the sheriff’s dispatch at (209) 468-4400 and refer to case number 22-21982.
