The Stockton police department is investigating a homicide that happened near Country Club Boulevard and Fontana Avenue. Christmas eve night a man was found with a gunshot wound when police arrived on the scene. Stockton PD tried to provide life saving procedures on the man. The 31 year old man passed from his injuries. Police have not yet found a motive for this crime and have no suspect so far.
