Although Santa Cruz’s Kevin Knox II recorded a double-double with 21 points and 15 rebounds, and Yuri Collins tallied 21 points and 13 assists, Stockton’s balanced attack and strong defense proved too much. The Kings capitalized on a 10-point halftime lead and sealed the victory with Taylor’s 17-point second-half performance.

Victory Over Rip City Remix Secures Another Win

The Kings continued their hot streak on Friday with a 127-119 win over the Rip City Remix, improving their record to 9-3. Despite a strong showing from Rip City’s Henri Drell, who led all scorers with 32 points, and Bryce McGowens, who added 28 points, Stockton’s superior rebounding (50-36) and shooting efficiency (49.5% to 48.8%) gave them the edge. The Kings outscored their opponents 35-28 in the fourth quarter to secure the win in a game marked by eight lead changes and six ties.
