Tragedy struck Stockton early Friday morning when a 13-year-old boy was fatally shot by his 16-year-old brother, according to local law enforcement.
The incident, which police are investigating as a possibly negligent discharge of a firearm, occurred around 1:58 a.m. on the 800 block of Flint Avenue.
